International Gaming Awards Chooses PKR as the Online Poker Operator of the Year Awardee

PKR was picked as the Online Poker Operator of the Year at the International Gaming Awards in London on February 2nd, 2010. PKR Chief Executive Officer Malcolm Graham said that it is an excellent achievement for them to be recognized as the Online Poker Operator of the Year. He added that they are very happy to be honored by the International Gaming Awards in this way.

The award recognizes the online poker site that made the most progress in the real-money poker market during 2009. Poker operators are judged based on growth and scale, originality, payment processing, usability and marketing.

Careful consideration is also given to the most one-of-a kind poker operators and those with a unique and outstanding brand setting it aside from the pack.

PKR's interesting blend of advanced 3D graphics, one-of-a kind game play and improved community focus through its brand new integrated media platform helped it edged out other nominees like PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, Betfair, PartyPoker, Unibet, Ladbrokes, Sportingbet, 888.com and Victor Chandler.
