PokerTek Introduces the New Computerized Poker Game PokerPro2

PokerTek Inc. of Matthews, North Carolina makes its latest product, PokerPro2, available.

PokerPro2 is much like PokerTek's original PokerPro 10-player table, except that it is a 2-seat computerized poker table. PokerPro2 is also computer dealt and fully-automated. Making use of the dealer-less technology increases game speed and eliminates dealer mistakes.

One of the advantages of the 2-seater computerized poker game, PokerPro2 is its heads-up play, which offers the players "the chance to settle old scores". PokerPro2 also features a large screen in the center of the table for images of the community cards and betting graphics with private screens that are only visible to individual players.

As Doug Dalton, Director of Poker Operations for the Bellagio stated, "I think that it couldn't have been a more opportune moment for this product than right now, with the (crack down on) Internet gambling in the U.S.".
