Playtech Acquires Tribeca Tables Europe Ltd.,a Leading Poker Network Solution Provider

Playtech, a designer, developer and licensor of software for both the land-based and online gaming industry, announced on November 13th that it has entered into an agreement with Tribeca Tables Europe Ltd., acquiring some of the company's assets and undertaking.

Tribeca is known for providing software design that gives poker network solutions. Some of its clients are top online poker sites VCPoker, Paddy Power Poker and Blue Square Poker.

In addition to providing poker network solutions, Tribeca also specializes in e-marketing, as well as the development of online poker communities.

Another change that Tribeca has announced recently is the addition of the Tain poker network to its family.

Tribeca has also announced its decision to cease operations in a number of territories, including the US. Tribeca will completely stop its operations in six months, by which time they expect that Playtech's platform will have absorbed the migrant players.
