Oxygen Games Clears Up Some Confusion for Fans of World Championship of Poker 2

On June 14, 2007, due to some confusion, especially among fans about the different appellation for European releases of the World Championship Poker 2 and the World Championship Poker 2: All In, Oxygen Games immediately intervened to explain the current problem.

The World Championship Poker 2: All In for the XBOX 360 videogame and entertainment format from Microsoft is a very different game from other gaming formats like PC, PSP(R) and the Playstation2(R) and capitalizes on the success of its predecessor, the World Championship of Poker 2, with beautiful graphics and superb game play.

The World Championship of Poker features different poker games, like Texas Hold'em poker and Five Card Stud, plus some exotic version of poker games all over the world like Deuce-to-Seven, Triple Draw and Razz.

All of the games can be played both online and offline. The players can also make one of a kind avatars to represent themselves in the game. Other new features in the game include web camera support, AI, game play, Multi-table games, online poker tournaments, mixed poker games, customization of poker rules, a reputation rule and a new poker tournament environment.

The WCOP2 also makes excellent use of the XBOX Live Leaderboards and the XBOX Live Vision. Aside from featuring the online multiplayer option of up to 8 poker player (which is also available for PS2(R) and PC), the PSP(R) VERSION, also offers several mini games.

Some of these games are the flop odd, where the player receives certain cards, plus a target hand and has to guess the chance of getting the specified card hand when the board cards are shown.

Know the Nuts is when the player is presented with the community cards and given the chance to pick the hole cards they need to do in order to create the best hand.

The Hold'em Nicknames is when the players are required with a nickname for the suite of cards and have to use the buttons to match the cards to their suite and the value of each card which has a specific nickname.

The Tell Quiz is when the player is given a set of questions that will train them on how to recognize poker tells on their opponents.

The Know Your Outs is when the player is shown the hole and the community cards and tries to guess as to what cards are in the possession of his opponent and the Glossary Quiz is when the player will be given questions regarding different poker technology.
