Huckleberry Seed is an American poker player who began life as an electrical engineering student. He deferred his studies at Caltech and never went back. Why would he when he won the 1996 World Series of Poker main event and the million dollar first prize? He followed that up with a sixth in 1999.

Seed is known for his height. He is a towering 6”7 and rarely speaks at the table. This creates a very intimidating table presence.

Seed has three other WSOP bracelets to his standing. The 1994 Pot Limit Omaha, 2000 Razz and 2003 Razz. He has also won first place in the Grand Slam of Poker Tournament Limit 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo as well as the 2004 Festa al Lago III /Doyle Brunson North American Poker Championship - WPT Event No Limit Hold'em earning $135,582. Huckleberry Seed has many other first place winnings.

Not as active as he used to be, when not playing poker or online poker games, Seed loves to read.

Huckleberry Seed has accumulated winnings of $3.4 million.
