Greg Mueller - The "Full Blown Tilt"

Back

Greg Mueller comes to poker from the world of professional hockey. As a rookie, this Canadian has already won one World Poker tour and a World Series of Poker final table added to his name.

Mueller always loved games and got into poker after playing it on the road during his hockey career. It wasn’t until his retirement from hockey that he began to take poker seriously. This was around 1999.

He started himself on limit cash games and then progressed to no limit cash games and tournaments. He was going from strength to strength and in 2005 had four money finishes at the WSOP as well as one final table at the $5,000 Limit Hold'em event.

He followed this up in 2007 with his first World Poker Tour final table, finishing fourth in Reno.

“FBT” which is short for “Full Blown Tilt” is a nickname given to Mueller due to his comedic and explosive table conduct. When not playing poker he's back home in Vancouver, Canada playing golf, acting and going to watch Canucks (hometown) hockey games.

He has tournament earnings to date of $240,000.
