Blind Baseball Poker

Blind Baseball Poker Overview

Despite the similar name, Blind Baseball is not related to the stud poker game of Baseball. It is a form of Seven Card Stud in which all cards are dealt facedown, and players do not look at their own cards. It is suitable for 3-7 players.

Blind Baseball Poker Rules

Players ante up before the deal. This means that each player places a small sum of money in the pot. The first player to the dealer’s left turns over one card. He begins a round of betting. The player to his left matches (calls) or raises his bet and then turns over cards one by one, until he has a better hand. He may also fold, but then he is ineligible to turn over cards. If he gets to seven cards without having a better hand, he is out. When he has a better hand laid out, the turn passes to the player to his left, who must call or raise to gain an opportunity to turn his cards over until he has the best hand showing. The game continues until all but one player has folded or is out. The last player left wins the pot.
