Auditions for Calvin Ayre Wild Card Poker Season II

Auditions for the second season of the poker reality television show, "Calvin Ayre Wild Card Poker", began on July 5, 2007. This will give poker players the chance to win some big cash and instant fame.

12 contestants will be chosen to participate in the show and given the chance to compete for the $2 million top prize, $1 million in cash prize and $1 million in Bodog contract, like sponsorships and buy-ins to the biggest poker tournaments all over the world for a year after the poker show.

The auditions will be held at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in the "Sapphire 2" room from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. for 4 days. Interested applicants must be 21 years old and have a valid photo ID. Amateur and advance poker players are welcome to apply for the show.

The first season of the show was hugely successful, with poker pros and celebrities competing for the cash prize of $500,000. For season 2, it will be an even field without the poker pros and the celebrities so that there is a big chance that an unknown poker player will win the event.

The 12 contestants that chosen for the show will be flown to an exotic location, where they will live together in a mansion and compete in a series of challenges related to the game of poker.
