Alfredo "Toto" Leonidas was born in the Philippines and moved to Los Angeles, California where he still resides in Glendale as a poker professional.

Toto Leonidas is considered a quiet but aggressive player on the felt. It was noted that he stayed quiet for six hours as he progressed to his win at the World Series of Poker tournament. It was then that he won his first bracelet in the $1,500 Seven Card Stud event.

Later that year in 2003, he raked in $388,080 at the United States Poker Championship in Atlantic City at the $9,800 No Limit Hold'em Main Event. Then, at the PPT Final Day No Limit Hold'em event at Bay 101 Shooting Stars of Poker he placed third and walked off with $60,000.

In the World Series of Poker 2005, Toto Leonidas found himself in second place in the $2,000 Limit Hold'em and another second in the $5,000 No Limit Hold'em Shootout in the FullTilt.net Poker Global Poker Challenge bringing in $100,000.

Among these poker accomplishments, Alfredo "Toto" Leonidas, has had over 70 cashes in major events since 2000. He has career earnings of around $1.7 million.
