Steve Zolotow : "The Bald Eagle"

Steve Zolotow is one of the regulars on the poker circuit. After drifting for a while he finally settled in on poker when he ran out of options.

Nicknamed Stevie Z - The Bald Eagle. His style of play has resulted in numerous money finishes but he has been unable to convert these into victories. He has 30 World Series of Poker money finishes for only two bracelets. Additionally he has six World Poker Tour money finishes and two final table finishes without a win.

Zolotow loves to travel the world playing poker and has had success all over the world. He loves hanging out at bars as well as owning a few.

His two WSOP bracelets came in the 1995 Chinese Poker tournament and the 2001 $3000 Pot Limit Hold'em tournament.

Notwithstanding this, his biggest cash win came on the World Poker Tour's season 2 final where he came fourth and took home $259,684.

When he is not playing poker, Zolotow likes to read mystery, write poetry, watch movies and play a game of bridge or chess.
