Steve Lipscomb and Jeffrey Pollack to Speak at World Poker Congress

The president of the world poker tour, Steve Lipscomb and the commissioner of the world series of poker, Jeffrey Pollack will give a joint address at the World Poker Congress 2007 on November 29th, 2007-November 30th, 2007 in St. Julian's, Malta.

The two leaders of the poker circuit will discuss the relevant issues that are affecting the industry at the present and what will be the future of poker.

Sue Schneider, the president of River City Group, a subsidiary of the Clarion Events, one of the organizers for the WPC said that they are honored with the presence of the two individuals responsible for poker's popularity.

The WPC is the first ever meeting that will discussed regarding the relationship between land-based casino poker games and online poker games. The meeting will also discuss the different variations of poker and different poker-related topics that will appeal to the delegates of the congress.

Different issues that are affecting the market, customer base development, poker legislation, tournaments, strategies, security and others will be discussed in the tournament.

Roger Gros, the publisher of Global Gaming Business and PokerBIZ magazines, the other organizer of the Congress said that the WPC is one of the top poker conferences in the world.

The WPC aims to study on how to benefit from the going relationship between online poker rooms and land-based poker rooms.
