Greg Mascio

Greg Mascio is one of the many Californian based players. After taking the game up at a young age, Mascio began sneaking into The Commerce Casino at age 18.

Hooked on the game, he quit his job as a sports writer after seven years to take up poker full time and became one of the most dominant players in Los Angeles.

Omaha Hi/Lo is his specialty and it was in this that he took second place at the 2002 World Series of Poker and the 2003 Bellagio Five-Star World Poker Classic WPT Championship, Las Vegas. In 2005 he made fourth at the WSOP in the Seven-Card Stud event.

With around $333,000 in career earnings, Greg Mascio’s career is definitely on the upward trend.
