Why do I get the feeling that the games are rigged?

I have played on many sites. Presently I play on Poker Stars. I don't profess to be an expert, but I am considered by my freinds to be a good card player. I know that the computer has an algorithm which makes it different from dealing with a real deck. But it seems, all too frequently to come up with these miricle hands, especially at crucial times in a tourney. I have also noticed that once you win a tourney, you won't see any cards or you will get and lose " suck hands " for the next few weeks. They seem to reward playing rag hands. It happens all too often to be just co incidental. I have resigned myself to just playing in small amount tourney's just to pass the time. I don't know anyone who is ahead playing internet poker and I know many really good players that make a living playing live poker. They tell me I'm a fool if I think it's possible to win online. I have also been told by people that are experts in computer algorithms that they are set up like a slot machine. That is, to pay back only a certain percentage of all the money wagered ( i.e. like 80 - 90%) in addition to the vig they take. Any one else have any feelings like this ?

Poker is just a tough game all around

Most of the sites are independently tested by outside groups who publish their findings... for example, partypoker is reviewed and tested by iTechLabs.
