Unhappy outs..a little help!?

ok so ive not been playing poker long, i tend to play alot of NL hold'em.
anyway ive been trying to figure out how to calculate odds and pot odds etc.
so i was reading an article and it said this:

You hold: A♣ J♠
Flop is: 5♣ T♦ K♦

Total Outs: 4 Queens (Inside Straight) + 3 Aces (Overcard) - Q♦ or A♦ = 5 Outs

Percentage for Draw = 5 Outs × 4 = 20%

BUT then i went on this odds calculator called "pokerbility"

i enterd the same information but it calculated that i had 10 outs

could someone please help and tell me which is correct

thanks alot, Avansie
