OMG, lol. So sorry about that. Really.
I know how ya feel. I was at the Seminole playing 2lh, and it was like my 3rd week in the game. I was on a roll. My hands were untouchable, chips were stacking, and there was this loud guy who was telling all his hands, which were all true, and he was aching to really bust me. So I said okay, I'm gunna play this hand. So I went in with 6c,6s, and the pre-flop was up to like 32 bucks in chips. Flop came with a pair of ducks hearts and diamond. There was no way this was gunna happen. I said bump it, im checkin. So he bets 2, I call, and 4th comes to another 2. I'm thinking this dude better not have a good pair better than mine. I check, he bets 4, I raise, just to show him I got something good. He re-raises to 8 to see if i'm bluffing. I call. Last card and it's a freakin 6h. OMG! I'm screaming in my head. So I go ahead and bet 4, he raises, and I look over at my man to get a visual opinnion, and he swears he's got something so good. My man was like, no, he got it. Dude's saying, let it go, I got this. So since I was new, I let it go, even though I had lost money. It was small, but it was money. I folded, he showed, and he bluffed. That memory sticks with me til this day and now I don't let anyone push me around with cards. Ever. His rep was well because he hadn't lied about any of his hands. Til then, and I can read people better now because of him. |

I was on bet365 playing $1 /$2 6 seater cash table.
Put $100 down and within half hr had approx $125 then came this hand I raise 4 x BB to $5 with 5D 5S in late position. Small blind calls and BB calls Flop comes 2sTs 5h I raise to $15 and small blind folds and BB calls Turn comes Js and I bet out again for $20 and BB re raises to $40. Im committed here so call knowing hes probably hit a flush but want to see next card. I win if I pair the board or hit another 5. It dont come and the river is the 3c. Ive put $60 into this pot and Think he will go all in here with his remaining $80 but he just bets another $40 I make a silly call and he shows his hand Qs 6s and his flush and I lose ! Any suggestions on how this hand could of been played differently?? I keep thinking I could of got away from the hand and folded after the turn. How many of you guys think that would of been the right play?? |
