hey man i know that this game can be frustrating, i have been playing for about 10 years now and what i have learned from a lot of great players is that you have to know your competition. If you are playing against people who call to much with random hands then don't bluff ever. why bluff if you may get called and waist chips. wait till you have a good hand and then just bet normally and they will call. you know that you will get the occasional bad beat but if you play the high percentages you will be victorious in the long run. don't get frustrated with 1-5 sittings you have to base it on like 50-100. if you are still are losing to them then, you should look at changing the way to play them.
