Farzad Bonyadi

Moving to Aliso Viejo, California from Iran in 1982, Farzad Bonyadi began working at the Commerce Casino as first a prop player, then a shift manager and an executive host. He found it very comfortable surroundings, almost like being at home since his grandfather was always hosting home games for their neighbors and friends.

Three time bracelet winning Farzad Bonyadi or better known as "Freddy" took his lead during the 1998 World Series of Poker in the Limit Hold'em event winning, him $429,940. $ 1,000 Deuce to Seven Triple Draw - WSOP 2004 is where he won his second bracelet, and his third in the No Limit Hold'em - WSOP 2005 adding another $594,960 to his tournament earnings.

Bonyadi's other major poker accomplishments include the No Limit Hold'em 2006 L.A. Poker Classics were he placed fourth. In 2005 he came in second at the No Limit Hold'em Five-Star World Poker Classic and second in the Championship Event No Limit Hold'em - Carnival of Poker III scoring $201,400.
