Fair Poker

Fair Poker is a skin of the iPoker network, meaning they share the same tables as Noble Poker, Diamond Club Poker, CDpoker and others (full list at iPoker.com). They offer Texas Hold-Em, Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo games. They offer a fair amount of tournaments, including numerous heads up games. There is an abundance of Sit 'n' Go tournaments and a weekly "big game" $10,000 tournament (with satellites as low as 5.50 + .05 - direct buy in is $50).

If you looking for a place to “fish”, some of the tables at Fair Poker are excellent hunting grounds. This provides an added incentive for advanced poker players with better poker skills, but they still welcome and look after all kinds of players. Sign-up bonus is also excellent and an easy to clear 50% up to $200.

With the introduction of their frequent player VIP scheme, Fair Poker has really come of age! Earn Fair ‘Coins’ for every hand you sit in (you can see them adding up above your name at the table) and redeem them against your bonus. The more you play the more you earn and the higher your VIP Level becomes where you really start seeing the benefits! You also earn Coins for tournament play.

All in all, Fair Poker is by far one of the best poker playing experiences you can have.

Bad Beat Bonus
If you’re holding a top hand and lady luck decides to go and powder her nose at showdown, then don’t worry because even if you lose, you win with our Bad Beat bonus! If you’re playing a real-money Texas Hold'em ring game and you lose at showdown with a hand of KKKK or more, then you’ll be able to claim a Bad Beat bonus payout.

The Bad Beat Bonus will be awarded under the following conditions:

Texas Hold’em rules
• 4 Kings or Better must be beaten in order to qualify. Both pocket cards must be used in both the winning and losing hand

Prize Payouts
• 50% goes to qualifying losing hand
• 25% goes to qualifying winning hand
• 25% is divided amongst remaining active players who were dealt cards when the qualifying hand was dealt.

Fair Poker's software has a great, realistic interface. The site provides a top down, "birds eye view" of the game. The characters are nicely drawn, but aren't animated. The characters use real voices when making a move. You vocally hear "Check, Call, Bet, Raise, Fold, "I'm all in." The sound of chips clanking occurs when someone bets/raises. The sounds can all be turned off if you want. The chat bar is on the side; I like this as it is easy to read the conversations, but doesn't distract from the game. The text is in a small black font; player conversations are in a larger, green font. You can also choose to have no chat, or a small chat room integrated within the table.

When multi tabling (maximum of 3 tables), the tables are tabbed on the game window. This allows one to easily navigate back and fourth between their tables. Also, doesn't take up as much system resources as it would if it had three separate windows.

Hand histories have just become available for ring games! However, tournament hand histories are still unavailable.

Installation was a breeze and depositing was quick and painless.
