Terms of Use

1. This offer is exclusive to visitors/members of pokerteam.com making their FIRST deposit at Fair Poker before the 31 May 2006

2. The First Deposit Bonus is released to players as they earn Fair Poker Coins at ring games and tournaments. For more information about Fair Poker Coins and how to view them as you play, have a look in the My Account section of Fair Poker.

3. At ring games, Coins are awarded to players for each hand in which they participate, as long as the hand is raked, no matter whether the player contributed to the pot by placing a blind or a bet, or whether the player folded. Coins are also awarded based on the fees paid by the player when buying-in to a tournament.

4. Coins are awarded according to the rake taken at ring games as listed in the following table:

5. Clarification: Rake taken refers to the rake generated at a table in a ring game by all the players during that hand, and not by any individual player.

9. Players cannot earn Coins in Play Money games.

10. Bonuses are released to players according to the number of Coins a player has earned:

Example: For every 500 Coins a player earns, a $10 bonus will be issued. A player who has earned 450 Coins will need to earn another 50 Coins to receive a bonus payment.

11. The maximum first deposit bonus is $500. Players who deposit in GBP or EUR will receive their bonuses according to the maximum USD amount, converted automatically into their own currencies.

12. Bonus money will be released to a player's account automatically as they earn Coins. Players can check the "My Account" page of the Fair Poker Lobby to see their pending Bonus Balance and their Coin Balance.

13. Players will continue to accumulate Coins as they play, and further releases of bonuses will be made automatically.

14. Fair Coins are non-redeemable for cash or for use in any other promotion unless stipulated by Fair Poker.

15. Players qualifying for this offer have three months to accumulate the necessary Coins entitling them to their 100% First Deposit Bonus up to $500.
